1MED is a comprehensive AI-powered healthcare platform designed to bridge the gap between patients and doctors, streamlining medical workflows and centralizing health data management in one intuitive ecosystem. The project addresses critical challenges in the Polish and European healthcare systems - fragmented medical documentation, poor patient-doctor communication, lack of understanding of medical results, and time-consuming administrative tasks that take doctors away from patient care.

About the project

For patients, we aimed to solve the problem of scattered medical information, lack of understanding of medical terminology, and difficulty accessing healthcare services. We wanted to empower patients with tools to understand their health data, track trends over time, and make informed decisions about their care.

For doctors, the platform addresses the administrative burden that consumes 40% of their working time. We wanted to automate documentation, streamline patient communication, and provide AI-powered diagnostic support - ultimately allowing doctors to focus on what matters most: patient care.

At the same time, the platform aims to create a new healthcare ecosystem where the connection between patients, doctors, laboratories, and pharmacies becomes seamless - reducing friction, improving outcomes, and making quality healthcare more accessible.

From a design perspective, my goal was to create an interface that feels professional yet approachable, powerful yet simple. The challenge was balancing the complexity of medical data with clarity and usability, ensuring that both 25-year-old tech enthusiasts and 65-year-old patients could navigate the platform with confidence.
